    About once a month- mum washes her bedding one Sunday, my sister's the next, mine the next, back to hers, etc. Living on my own I might do it more like once a fortnight though- I love snuggling into the clean smell

    Once every couple of months, would like them changed more often like every couple of weeks but i dont do the washing so i dont really have that much of a say in it

    When i was a uni this year i didn't really have a facility to dry my bed clothes so i only changed them when i went home (once every few months) bit lazy i know but i didn't mind. Now i am at home i change them once a fortnight or so.

    what if you didn't notice the smell? lol, like some people are immune to their own BO.

    i meant as in, urr, bed bugs multipying exponentially, you increase risk of cancer, etc. that kinda stuff
