    List the main reason, in order, that you go to the gym or jogging for? To lose weight? Gain muscle to look tougher? You just enjoy it?

    For example for me it would be:

    To improve physical appearance of body to attract opposite sex.
    Might prevent health problems for when im older.
    To show off.

    Sad reasons but im being honest.

    Also what motivates you??

    Pretty funny seeing a lot of my old friends from school, I have changed a hell of a lot since last summer. Like that side of it too lol

    Other than the trivial healthiness/feel-good/physique effects I work out because it's a foundation to the structure of my day, and subsequently helps me focus on whatever there is to come.

    people always laugh at me when i say i go to the gym,because i'm so skinny i don't go to lose weight though
    i go because it helps me sleep,clears my skin,enjoyment,and to stop me getting bored.

    I'd say it's something like;

    1. Exercising makes me feel better in general (thus helps my work)
    2. Gives me something regular to focus on outside academic work
    3. Improves fitness for sports
    4. Allows me to be more physically attractive
    5. Makes me feel like I'm doing less damage when I eat crap food
