Makes me feel better about myself, and I enjoy it.

Pretty funny seeing a lot of my old friends from school, I have changed a hell of a lot since last summer. Like that side of it too lol
Saw some of my old school 'mates' and noted how many had turned into fatties. lol.

I work it cos I enjoy it.

    1) I want to be biiiiiig
    2) I like the attention you get when you are bigger than the average guy
    3) Keeps my mind off stuff that is bothering me. When you're in the gym the outside world doesn't matter anymore.

I originally joined to drop 8lbs and tone up all over, but Ive actually found that I really enjoy it.
It helps me sleep, gives me so much energy, and generally puts me in a much better mood.
2lbs down & I can see myself keeping it up even when I hit my target weight.

Just to generally feel better about myself, after having a shambolic body for the most part of my life....

I do enjoy it though, if I didn't I wouldn't do it. There's a certain buzz you get which I hope stays with me for quite a while yet.

I don't need to lose weight, I do it to keep toned and become more flexible.

    Plus it helps prevent cancer

Does anyone else find that if they don't work out some days, the next day they feel really restless and fidgety?

    I find this... sometimes

I love bikeriding, so thank god I have a bike at hand on days I don't go jogging or rock climbing.
