    I simply can't lo into track. I have the right personal ID, the right username and password but still... no access. I have spoken to them on the phone and changed my password with them a couple of times. They assure me my account is not locked and that everything is ok. Anyone else had problems like this. Is there something i can do to log in that they are not aware of. Its driving me mad, i need to alter/review applications and offers.

    Thats what kept happening to me try changing your password or phone them up again.

    Have you tried clearing the cache/deleting all personal data and restarting your browser?

    Yup, i have. It really seems like my account is locked/blocked. I have had the login details sent to my e-mail add again and again. im putting in the right details but it keeps telling me they are wrong. eurgh!

    What a pain! Sounds like only the helpdesk can resolve it for you, though.
