Anon because he knows my username
I got really close with this guy last semester after having pulled him drunkenly. We didn't sleep together but I didn't really fancy him for various reasons, mainly because I wasn't physically attracted to him initially. But over the last 3 months we've got even closer and now I really like him. Is it weird that I've gone from not being attracted to him to really liking him personality-wise and physically, and what does it mean? I kind of feel bad for not liking him at the beginning, and does it mean that the chemistry can still be there?

No. It's not weird. Yes, it is normal. If he is still interested, then flirt outrageously and see where it goes from there You won't know till you try!

When i first met my current boyfriend, I wasn't attracted to him at all. Over a year ago, I thought he was really hot and we've been together ever since
