I've been going to the gym for the past week and I've realised that I've developed a lot of bruises afterwards they hurt a lot, Is this normal? I also can barely bend my arm I think I might have pulled a muscle or something but surely It cant be that bad can it that I cant bend my arm at all. Or is it possible I could have seriously injured myself with out knowing?

Well that doesn't make sense, are you sure there is nothing else that would cause those injuries? Nothing that would get the domestic involved?

If it's the first time you've been in a while you may feel sore for a few days afterwards and have a bit of stiffness (not the good kind) as well. If this is the case then yeah it's normal.
