My BF's brother is obsessed with him. watch

My BF's brother seems to be under the impression that the world revolves around him, and doesn't like my bf to spend time with me, instead of him. Now he's started telling his Mum that he "wishes he had his brother back", to which she told my bf "don't forget you have a brother". They both play the guitar, and his brother needs help with recording music for college. He wrote down all of the times he wanted to record his playing and told my bf "she can't call/talk to/see you until after ___ time on these days". My bf has just spent a week on holiday with him, and now they're going out together tomorrow (so my bf can't see me.) It makes me realy angry that his brother thinks my bf should bow down to him and do what he wants. (He's 17 and my bf is 19, and he doesn't have any other friends apart from my bf, because he talks to people like ****.) Now he's started getting pissed off when my bf comes to see me. My bf seems to think it's acceptable, but it's making me angry, seeing as I'll be leaving for Uni in 8 weeks and his brother knows this.

Do I have a right to be angry, or not? - I don't want the last few weeks me and my bf get to spend together to be bad, because of his brother, but I can't pretend I'm okay with it.
