Toning thighs without machines watch

    Does anyone know of any good workout routines for firming thighs without the use of exercise machines? I don't have access to a gym.

    Though by without machines you mean without access to a gym so neither of those are applicable.

    ditto squats, but also... this month's glamour magazine has about 6 diffenent toning exercises for thighs :yep: i think they're working because i've been aching from doing them :pain:

    Actually, Iv seen someone do 1 leg BW squats. Might be somewhat useful?

    bodyweight squats/pistols are best bet.
