The Chemistry department is shocking....
Isn't the mathematics department supposedly just awful as well?

Might I add that some of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's buildings are quite nice, while others are very factory-esque.

Turn around 180 degrees and it's a different story.

Tbh, that's probably the best building of UCL and it isn't even that good.

The Chemistry department is shocking....
Indeed. I was expecting UCL to be amazing, in terms of aesthetics, but it really really wasn't. The buildings were really run-down, and even inside the main one that looks ok-ish it was pretty horrible.

At that angle it looks like a boat.

    I don't particulary like that.

    MMU
    Yum...!

    Not for me!

Number one looks like a tall leisure centre and Number two looks like that crap "shopping centre" you find in the high street that's about to be closed.

Is it me or do the ex-polys, generally speaking, have the worst buildings?

One of these is Pripyat, the abandoned city in the shadow of Chernobyl.

    The other is Warwick University.

    No, I can't tell either.

Second - looks like a sports centre

To be fair these pictures are largely of Durham City, not the university itself.
To be fair the university pretty much is the city
