exam stress = spots / skincare for guys

Hi. First of all, I was wondering if there are any skin care products out there for guys. i wash my face (with soap - duno if thats good) but feel i do not take care of my skin (never wear cream for eg) and up close it is visible. I constantly see on TV stuff for girls (St Yves apricot scrub lol)

secondly, with my stupid exams just around the bend, i am getting stressed out really easily and feel this is manifesting on my face (little red spots her and there + near lips)! :s-smilie:

please help me out!

Remember to exfoliate. A lot of people go on about cleansing, toning and moisturising, but without exfoliation, you don't remove enough unwanted matter to go very far in quests to better skin. I believe the BodyShop has a good range of skin care products for men in the UK.

I think that's where you have soap with tiny rough bits to help clear out your pores... not entirely sure.

Damn, this girly stuff confuses me :frown:

I have a great big spot right in the middle of my forehead, very possibly from stressing about my English exams tomorrow. I wear it with pride!

Go to the sauna... that is great. Apparently the steam opens your rorees and gets the oil out, but that could be all lies.

Flax seed oil is meant to be good, Ive heard it clears it up. But if you actually want defentie results go to a doctor. if its not that serious, erm.. calm down.

Nivea do a men's range
Yeah they do to! Thanks LLT. good on you  After all, I should know, was in Princeline this morning buutt...

I didn't know they had the same range in the UK, which is why I didn't mention it before, but then again I could've used some common sense  but nevermind

Yep, for the fellows - exfoliating involves using a scrub, which is like a facewash but with granules in it. Good for removing dead skin cells on the face so that future applications of zit treatments work extra effectively

You should try baking soda. It's cheap and less abrasive than all other scrubs I've tried.

Could be something else - my mum claims it's a sign of fertility of women.

The scary part was she told me this about my ex.

*shudders*
If its spots you want to get rid of try OXY10, u can get it from Boots. Its great cleared up my skin in no time. However don't put too much on @ 1st if your skin is sensitive.
