Paintball, partly because I'm a lil bit of an adrenaline junkie. But mainly because it's awsome.

hatha yoga; creates a really good relationship between my mind and my body and I love being stronger and more flexible. I want to take up something cardiovascular as well though.

I play footy just for the passion u get in the low leagues it's all about the way the game is meant to be played.

I sprint just cause i enjoy the freedom of the 100m/200m just that small amount of time u have on ur own running its amazing.

And squash couple of mates got me into it begining of this year and havnt been able to get me off the court...plus u always get a meal after the match :P

Yoga.. ashtanga yoga to be precise. But like you said about martial arts, it's more than sports, it's a way of life. I love it how when I'm doing my routine I'm concentrating in me and my body and nothing else. It makes you feel so relaxed and strong.

I do like tennis and swimming too but they're not as special to me as yoga is.
Oh wow, how'd you get into yoga? I really want to, but nowhere near flexible enough!

    Ice skating

Haven't done it in a long time though; I moved to Coventry from Telford and, although we have the best hockey team in the country, the rink is never resurfaced and isn't smooth. It's a ***** to skate on! I don't get free skating here as well so I can't afford to

I'd love to try horse-riding, some of my mates did it. It's one of my 'things to do before I die'. I can't afford to right now, but when I move down south...
Aw no It sucks when you can't do your sport...

Yer, horse riding's great, I did it when I was ten (what girl never wants to ride sometime in their life?) and loved trotting and walking, but teachers were strict... also didn't like being the oldest in the class because the teacher expected me to do everything! Stopped because I simply couldn't canter, but defo worth a try!

Haha, with no £80million payouts etc? Football's very commercialised now in the Premier League.

I know a few sprinters who enjoy it, and worship their training. Not only they look amazing but it's amazing how well they run! I'm useless.

Squash, I want to try that- how long have you been into it?

Athletics- as someone mentioned above the 'thrill of the chase'. There's nothing that gets the adrenaline going more than chasing someone down at the end of a race. And the constant quest for a new pb always seems to spur you on.

With training as well there's good variety. Socially its good as you train in smallish groups (and then there's the hottt girls ). There's also the chance to get out on your own and relax with a nice longg run.

I'm also naturally good at it (right build), it makes you look good and keeps you fit at the same time. What could be better?

We're focousing on that in MMA right now, the sparring and stuff, but it kills my right wrist, but my left is fine and that's the one I'm supposed to be weaker on

It's not about flexibility. Of course, you will get more flexible in the long run but you don't need to be super flexible when you start - I wasn't. It might seem a bit strange in the beginning but once you get into it you're hooked.

Swimming because while I push myself to swim that extra distance, it also relaxes and calm me down.
