This site attempts to "make sense of the Daily Mail’s ongoing effort to classify every inanimate object into those that cause cancer and those that prevent it".

Research tells us everything causes cancer. If not, it causes heart disease.

Additionally, healthy food, such as fish and bread is good, but can lead to certain diseases.

Also stuff like butter etc. isn't really healthy, but can help stop certain diseases.

    Lol science.

So in conclusion, avoid everything and eat nothing and everything. Take vitamin supplements if you need to but not too many, cos that's not good for you.
