Theyre only reporting what research has said.

Research tells us everything causes cancer. If not, it causes heart disease.
Additionally, healthy food, such as fish and bread is good, but can lead to certain diseases.
Also stuff like butter etc. isn't really healthy, but can help stop certain diseases.
So in conclusion, avoid everything and eat nothing and everything. Take vitamin supplements if you need to but not too many, cos that's not good for you.
