any ideas? I had a motorcycle accident not too long ago, het my head very gently, had a swore neck (possible whiplash said the hospital) I've been feeling 100% exhausted lately though, I sleep from 11 say, until 5 or 6, which is longer as I usually sleep as I havent slept too wel for a few years, this year in particular. The accident doesnt bother or haunt me in any way, but I'm totally exhausted notably in the last week, to the point that I find it difficult to get up and even walk about, and find it hard not to sleep as soon as I get home at 6pm or so. even if I do, I'll sleep from 10-11 right through to the morning (although I had a few nights where I couldnt sleep before the accident). Basically I have v litte energy which seems to have gotten worse since the crash.

not 100% sure what to do about it, but the docctors constantly won't see me for about 16 days  useless. any ideas welcome

You could try getting an emergency appointment with your doctors, they should see you within 24 hours...

Also, do you take any vitamin suppliments? Sometimes tiredness is because of a lack of iron

If it is really getting to you and making it a struggle to do your day to day business, it may be worth trying to get an emergency appointment with the doctors, it may be something totally unrelated to the actual accident that you had then again it may be something that is, best to try and get to the doctors as soon as you can really.
