Over the last few months, i've gone up a considerable amount on my Bicep/Tricep routine. My problem is that my arms look alot bigger, but they are not defined at all. They are basicly like two big straight tree trunks. You can see my biceps when im tensing them or lifting weights, but after that, you can't really see them at all. Why is this? My arms have definately grown alot though.

Now that you have done the "bulking phase" - if you are happy with the size you need to do a cutting phase which involves losing weight whilst maintaining muscle. When you do this, your arms will get that ripped look you want.

Just because you're not fat doesn't mean that you don't have fat.
