Hi, basically recently I've got really into listening to certain 80s rock/metal bands like Motley Crue and Van Halen. Basically I'm looking for more stuff like this, similar to the Vice City V Rock soundtrack (track list here). Both compilation and studio album recommendations are welcome.

Def Leppard (Pyromania's their best, Hysteria's good as well)
Guns N Roses (Appetite for Destruction, either of the Use Your Illusions)
LA Guns (I have a decent "The Very best of" )
Some David Lee Roth/ Sammy Hagar solo stuff maybe
Skid Row ("Slave to the Grind" is their best album)
Maybe some Ratt, Cinderella, Warrant, Extreme ("The Best of Extreme" is good) and Poison as well -

True classic rock! All the leather and spandex etc!
Iron Maiden have not been mentioned but as well as the usual praise for Bon Jovi, GnR, Aerosmith, Whitesnake, Def Leppard, Van Halen and Skid Row check out Cinderella, WASP, Ratt, Europe (who had so many other goldies besides The Final Countdown), Scorpions, White Lion, TNT, Enuff Znuff, Heroes del Silencio....... I could go on!
