    I can do 30kg but I am 6 ft 3 and weight 90kg... pretty poor tbh

    It's not really about how much you're capable of lifting. I'm 'capable' of lifting 46kg dumbells for 8, but that's never going to improve my physique. Drop it down to low 30's for proper, smooth form, no arched back and great results.
