Thanks , cool recipes but why does the fruit have to be frozen ?. I think they taste fine unfrozen.
I like it unfrozen too, but only if the juice is really chilled. I guess if it's frozen it tastes more refreshing and I think you get more flavour out of it too.

These sound nice. I was put off smoothies by Millie's cookies. After a while it seperates into floating foam and dark green liquid. Nothing about them tastes natural. :/

All the fruit , yes And I never mentioned carrots! But if you are so inclined.... carrot and orange, and ginger juice was very popular  and err... I worked at a smoothie bar called ''Juice'' ... which a. contradicts itself and b. isn't exactly original lol.

We did do a breakfast smoothie , but I've forgotten what it was called .

    BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

    350ml Soya Milk
    However much honey you like.
    1 scoop of frozen yoghurt
    2 scoops of Muesli
    2 handfuls of banana

Now that... when you are starting an 8 hour shift on a Saturday morning is very nice to have , let me tell you.

    This is lush.

    Ingredients:
    • 250 ml 100% POM Wonderful pomegranate juice
    • ½ Cup frozen blueberries
    • ½ Cup roughly chopped strawberries (3-4 berries)
    • 1/2 orange, peeled
    • 1 cup crushed ice
    • Optional: honey

    Directions:

    • If you need to substitute, you could use cranberry juice or concord grape juice, both of which have a lot of health benefits.
    • Place all ingredients into a blender in the order listed. Process until smooth. If it’s too tart for your liking, add a drizzle of honey.
