    Thank you for this thread, rep for you later! I love smoothies.
    Never thought to try frozen.

    Yellow melons and ripe yellow Asian mangoes are my favourite. Only tried fresh though. Quantities of each fruit as desired.(sadly the Asian mangoes are only best between May and July and tend to only be available from Asian food shops)
    Definitely be trying these recipes out as I love smoothie shops.

    TIP FOR MONEY SAVERS!!

    If there is a fruit and veg market stall or an Asian food store near you, then you'll find prices for fruit and veg is much cheaper than at supermarkets (sometimes even less than half price) same goes for spice and herbs and other ingredients as well.

    Give it go!
    Trust me it's worth a try!

    Breakfast smoothie
    Skimmed or semi skimmed milk
    Half a weetabix
    One chopped/mashed banana
    Honey (optional)

    Can be very thick so skimmed milk is preferable.
    A whole weetabix can also be used if you like to make more healthy, but will make it thicker.
