Ok, I know there's probably a million of these thread - I'm very sorry

I'm looking for a summer job and am really struggling to write a personal profile for my CV.

I'll be applying for retail positions, and don't have any work experience (apart form modelling ) or qualifications (yet).

Can anyone give me some ideas how to 'sell' myself, without using the usual cheesy lines?

I'm 16 and just left school btw.

Some jobs give you an application form to fill in, I tend to stick to them when applying when possible.

You've kind of summed it up - you don't have a profile. That part of a CV should be a professional profile, and without a length of career behind you you don't have one. Skip it and cut straight to your Education and then your Experience.
