i know nothing about the gym and all the rules to do with eating, and theres so much on the internet its really hard to take it all in. so im just gonna stick to the old fashioned principle, that do more exercise, eat healthier and less.

2 minute fast walk on tred mill to get going
    20 minute jog
10 minutes on the cross trainer
10 minute on that stepping machine (not sure what its called, though its not the moving staircase, its the up and down thing, plz tell me if u know what it called)
    5 minutes rowing
    5 minutes bike
3 sets of 20 reps sit ups
20 lenghs swimming at quite slowish speed

bear in mind im not that working that fast on these machines. i love the cross trainer cuz the calories but i find it hard to get a rhymn going so cant go very fast.
im not sure how often i should do this per week
im aiming to lose maybe half a stone

    is this an ok routine?

thats a lot to do all in one go, but if you split it all up and did it over the course of a week it would probably be great for weight loss; you would be working on all areas of your body and you wouldn't get bored because theres lots of different things to do.
    good luck!
