Help! I always get bad breath. Watch

    would eating dinner a little bit earlier help? i'm just wondering because i heard somewhere that when we sleep the stuff in our stomach can rise :erm:
    i'm not positive that's true though! i would do what the people above suggest about brushing teeth or ask a dentist/doctor.

    Brush your teeth in the morning for a start! Also make sure you don't go too long without drinking as having a dry mouth can cause bad breath.
