Does anyone know what happens over there?

Do I have to present something infront of a group ?

How many people are shortlisted for such an assessment day?

    thanks

It's a sort of group workshop thing. You do ice-breakery things and group activities basically to see how you interact within a group. My friend did one, and got the job . Not sure about details I'm afraid, but I know she did do one exercise where you get into twos and tell each other about yourself (possibly the two truths, one lie thing) and the other person relays it back to the group.

Can I ask what kind of things you wrote in your application? Ive applied before but never seem to get to the assesment stage, so just wondering if you had any tips?
    Thanks

I got an interview next week for John Lewis, but I am not too sure what a selling assistant is meant to do
