For weights either Hate Eternal or the latest Cannibal Corpse album.

I'm really looking forward to being able to blast death metal at my college gym at our boxing club sessions next year.

What sort of music do you like and what exercises you doing?

For cardiovascular I would recommend something like a dancy/trancy mix. Tiesto/AvB/AvH etc etc. For heavy weights something to really pump you up is required, stuff like this

    Eminem - Til I Collapse
Ray Jones Jr - Cant Be Touched
Bone Crusher - I aint never scared
    Trapt - Headstrong

    etc
    etc

Pump it - Black Eyed Peas
    The Anthem - Pitbull
Move shake drop (remix) - Pitbull
Give it to me - Timbaland ft Nelly furtado
The way I are - Timbaland
    Low - Flo-rida
    Get low - Lil Jon

Where are all the camp and cheesy 90s classics?!

The best workout tracks are the kind a DJ plays in the last thirty minutes of a primary school disco

Some UK Hardcore (majority of the time) or Hard Dance (makes a nice change), depends what kind of mood i'm in. The music is nice and upbeat so keeps me going when doing cardio. I go to the gym with my mate(s) so I don't usually listen to music when doing weights.

But seriously, I like Ratatat - seventeen years
Dude, I've been rapping for 17 years and I don't like my **** anymore.
On a serious note: Ratatat is awesome, but I find it too slow for workouts.
I listen to all genres of music, but during a workout I tend to listen to happy hardcore/trance/upbeat music. Hardcore Heaven 3 ftw.

When doing cardio I listen to the album hip hop is dead by nas. Find it has a nice rhythm to it. If im doing weights I don't listen to music. I concentrate on form.

Rage Against the Machine or Pendulum tend to work for me
