    Forget the past.. forget about people... (well the ones who hurt you anyway) disconnect yourself, and make plans. Baby steps at first, little things, like take up a hobby or something (as lame as this sounds).. get out and meet new people...and then take on bigger ventures... like travelling or something solo.
