I know i know your probably thinking its only july however! i have (stupidly) agreed to organise this years staff xmas doo at my work as we have not had one in previous years as no one has stepped up to organise it and i thought it needed to be done so now im in charge but i need help and need to start planning now.
we are a restaurant and so cant have our staff party with everyone else in december instead we are having it in jan but i need to start organising venues etc now so that its all ready and also since im not in uni right now and have the time. I just dont know where to start.
We are all a young bunch but i want to make it something different rather than just the usual going into the local town and getting wasted but i really dont know where to begin.
Some ideas i have come up with so far are a casino style evening and a back to the old school party with a bouncy castle twister and pass the parcel like when you were a child, just in the theme of christmas.
It will obviously go to a vote but i need ideas to put to people before it can go to a vote so i need your help.
i need suggestions ideas and anything else you think may be of help. I dont think i really realised what i was doing when i agreed lol
    any help much appreciated
