£55 is still gonna be a no-go for me though. Not a chance i'll pay that.
It's £45 pretty much everywhere....game.co.uk is just an example, play.com, amazon and most other good stockists are doing it for £45

I love it when you hold onto the grenade for a while then throw it and it blows up right at their feet and they have no chance to throw it back, that's just plain EPIC.
And its a where the **** did that come from moment as well! :eek3:

It was just shooting people running around like little ants! :awesome:

EDIT: I only just got that....it was shooting the normal cod4 weapons it had? It's a real plane so I don't think they would change it much

    Yeah it's ********.

I bought MW for 35 quid when it came out. I wouldn't pay for anything more than 40 quid.

I wonder if you get 30 killstreak awards?

Most I ever got on MW was 25 in a deathmatch, I was so happy Though I only played up to the start of 3rd prestige before I moved on to a different game. An award for 30 wouldn't be much use for me lol.

If everyone didn't just act like crazed junkies and waited a few weeks before buying it, the price would soon drop!

The only reason they put the price up for £55 is because they know the franchise is so big now they can slap another tenner on the price BECAUSE PEOPLE WILL STILL BUY IT, especially the younger people with almost 100% disposable income. If people just waited they can get it much cheaper.

Considering you're then going to have to buy at least two map packs at a later date priced so you have to pay at least £8.50 to download them, it's getting close to £75 just for the full game! And you can guarantee the night vision goggles will be ****. The hip flask provided with cod5 doesn't even open!

I love the series, but seriously.. stick with a few other games for a few weeks. Save your money. That extra tenner will easily pay for the "extra" maps which will no doubt come out a month or so later.

They might do what they do with some games where they drop the price from the midnight release...nearest Asda to me is like 4 miles away...
