should i go to the gym when my legs ache watch

    i was at the gym yesterday and i didnt do any strecthes cuz i dont really know how. i got a pain on like the right side of the crotch.
    this morning my legs are aching abit but its not too bad. i really wanna go to the gym today but im not sure if itl make it worse

    Depends on what your going to do at the gym, make sure you warm-up and cool-down though.

    Everything will hurt when you're just starting out. If the pain isn't too bad, you can do some light stuff.

    well cardio, like jogging , cross trainer etc. it takes me a while to get there so i have to alot ot make it workwhile going

    If your only doing cardio then go for it. Start off slow and once the blood starts pumping faster many of the aches will subside.

    If you did jogging and cross trainer before then do rowing machine and bike today, mix it up. The soreness shouldn't be a problem. If you get real pain though, stop.

    I'd rest your legs today and, if you do go to the gym, just do your upper body.
