Has anyone done, doing or applying for this course? Westminster is the only University that does this course combination in London, apart from SOAS that does Politics and Arabic (but not IR). This course includes a year in a middle eastern country and I am really excited at the opportunity to study Arabic in Egypt (Alexandria). Has anyone done this course or is on it? I would love to read your experiences and whether the course is actually as good as it seems.

    Thanks

Languages at Westminster are supposed to be rather good. A couple of my friends did the POLYLANG scheme (obviously not the same) as their optional module and were rather impressed (us art students don't really risk any of the other departments)

And I recall good things about IR. The head of department got stuck in india during the bombings, I remember getting an email about that one day

Thanks for the information. Westminster is my first choice because they are the only University in London that has the Arabic-IR combination. Also, you get to spend a year in the Middle East, which I really want to do! How hard/easy is it to come of Westminster with a 2:1 degree?
