Ive been getting increasingly down over the summer, i cant find a job and im a natural worrier already but its just growing like everyday now, if im ever in a stressful situation, or unfamiliar one, i feel faint. just had to meet a lot of people over the last wkd and felt sick, now that i think about it maybe it is because i was THAT worried.
Does anyone else feel this way?
Has anyone got past it? or had treatment like hypnotheapy?

It may be worth seeing your GP about this, as it sounds like you are not coping well with social situations and getting some level of anxiety. They can treat anxiety related problems quite well now. See what the GP's advice is and go from there.

I've got so nervous over sitations I've felt dizzy. You could be experiencing a number of things though... I mean, it could be low blood pressure or lack of energy (are you eating properly whilst you've been feeling so low lately?)
As tom_tom_tom mentioned, you could have some form of social anxiety disorder, and it wouldn't do any harm to see your GP so they can put some light on the subject.
You might want to consider talking to close family or friends, sharing the problem with people rather than bottling it up alone. Do you lack in self esteem? Try doing some positive thinking exercises, listing your good points, little things which might help you in future. Take care.
