is what im eating alot, not enough, too much for dieting watch

    female. i no i need more fruit, i did have some cherry tomatoes with my chicken which i forgot to type though. the redbull was to give me energy at the gym but i dont think it has ne effect on me so ive stopped that now

    i dont eat that every day but trying to eat less than i did before

    It's not about eating less food, it's about eating better foods.

    I at like five times that much that doesnt look like its healthy at all, make sure you eat 3 big balanced meals a day then snack maybe once or twice depending on how you feel.

    if i eat anymore i think id be eating as much as i did before, which wont help me lose weight at all

    If you eat 2 medium sized balanced meals, and a small meal plus healthy snacks and some regular exercise, the weight should come off.

    It doesn't seem like you're having proper meals. Just try to eat healthy, balanced meals [that include carbs!] - very low calorie diets are no fun and not overly healthy.
