This concerns the Professional and Career Development Loan and a Professional Trainee Loan Scheme.

I was going to just apply for the PTLS for about £20k to cover costs of the course (£9k) and living expenses for the year. However, the PCDL can loan up to £10k so I was thinking of maxing out that loan and then maybe taking out a further £10k through the PTLS.

Does anybody know if this is possible? The course is the Legal Practise Course.

I don't know. It is worth contacting them directly to find out. Also check the terms and conditions. Perhaps there is someone else who is able to be of more help. I just didn't want this thread to go unanswered. My reply will help to bump it up for you.

That only works if you're selective with your replies.
