I realised that I have a new lavender eye mask that my mum sent me so I used that last night. I think the ear plugs could be losing their shape as they are softening a lot quicker than normal once they're in, but it is hot in here. Got maybe 6-6 and a half hours max and that's not far off normal on a work night Still shattered but I'm working on it. Thanks for everyone's help so far.

If you're still looking for solutions, I'm gonna echo everybody who said earplugs.

I suffered with a noisy neighbour for about 2 years which unfortunately turned me into an extremely light sleeper. If it weren't for these earplugs that I use, I would have lost my mind.

These are foam, so they expand in your ears and I can guarantee they will block out everything. I can't hear someone clapping right next to me with these in, haha. And they're not at all uncomfortable. They're available in Lloyds pharmacy too.

Seriously? I've tried foam ones and they haven't blocked out a thing. The only ones that have so far are my Boots ones which I have 2 boxes of.

If I'm really stuck I might give them a go but I'll have to get someone to post me them from home after looking in Lloyds.

Some aren't very good, I tried a few different ones before I settled with these. I will be surprised if these do not work for you. :p: Worth giving them a go! Oh and I'd also like to add that these foam ones only last 8 days before you have to get new ones, although I have pushed 11 days. For me they are worth it though, I can't sleep without them now sadly enough.
