    try the rules of the game by neil strauss. Its a 30 day programme designed to teach you "game" (ie. make you better at picking up women), with exercises every day. Reading it, it seems like loads of it is about building confidence and achieving your personal goals rather than only picking up.

    I'm only on the 2nd day but already its made me re-assess so yeah pretty gd! And no wish wash, it has clear definite things to do every day. Torrent it
    Thanks but thats not exactly what I was goign for. I'm a tad asexual so not really looking for relationships as such, I just want confidence to go out and meet people in general/do the things I want to do with my life.

    The Book Of Pook.

    Its available for free on the Internet and is a lot better about whats happening inside your head and your life than any of the Pick-up books that have proliferated since The Game was released and is a lot more grounded suggestion wise than a lot of the books you'll find in self help sections.

    It covers everything you need.

    its very basic pua crap, but he talks about it in real life, about confidence and self belief, its helped me and ive only watched them all afternoon!! haha
