Er, you want a lower body fat %, I think. I am very thin, only 9 stone but 6ft, and the veins in my arms stick out prominently.
Eeeeeeeeeeeeew. Eat something; lift something. Please.

see mine STICKY OUT SKIN COLORED ONES BIAATCH

there's loads of tiny ones, but they don't really come out clear on camera.

    and it's PARTIALLY genetic.

everyone will become more vascular as u get leaner, but u may not get AS vascular as someone else of the same BF%
That video's over a year old though. :/

    Breakfast: Toast or Bacon butty
Lunch: Some kind of a sarnie, sometimes a yoghurt
Tea: Mid sized meal every day. (Pasta, Chicken w/ Jacket potato, etc)

Case closed. No protein shakes, more food. My girlfriend eats more than you.

yeh but my forearm veins look the same now, couldn't be arsed to re-do it.

TBH what I noticed as I got leaner...the veins just take on a different look.

and the big ones pretty much stay the same [but they appear closer to the surface and it takes on a sitting just under the surface look], but u just get loads of little tiny ones that crop up

He could be eating loads. I am 18, 5 ft 8 and weigh 8 stone 10.........yet eat at least twice as much as 'normal' friends - have been to docs and basically just have high metabolism and eating tonnes of even the 'right' food will hardly help. Unfortunately the way it goes with some of us .....
I don't believe you. How was this diagnosis done? What did you eat today (without lying)?

The vast majority of people who claim 'high metabolism' just don't eat enough.

EDIT: Not including snacks, i.e. lump of cheese, crisps, usually 2 or 3 snacks a day.
That's not a lot of food mate. Especially if you're doing any sort of exercise.

I'm going to diet down for a show, cos if I look that veiny at 9% BF, I wanna see what I look like at 4% BF lol

It wasn't an 'official' diagnosis but was told that there is nothing wrong and it is just my natural way of dealing with intake etc etc.

Breaky: bacon and egg swich + cereal + coissants
    Lunch: tuna and pasta dish
    Dinner: spag bol

plus the usual random stuff between meals which has included daily meat pie for the past year!!!

i dont do protein shakes as i dont get my fitness from gym work that needs it ( i play other sports) and also am not overly fussed by the whole weight issue......

but agree that the other guy is eating not a lot

I want to see them pop out, thanks.
Do lots of sets of a low weight, high rep exercise.
And take 3g AAKG pre workout, should get you pumped where your veins will show.

But then again they will dissapear again after about 15 mins.

Well today I had a 1,500 calorie oat shake for breakfast, decent portion of spag bol with cheese, whey and dextrose shake after training, roast dinner and a full fat milk casein shake pre-bed with peanut butter. Few pieces of fruit throughout the day. ~3,500 calories.

I'm guessing you do a lot of exercise to burn all that?

Just an hour of weight training three times a week. Occasional five-a-side.

Mind if I ask what you weight / your height?

A little bit worrying for me, looks like I'm going to have to start eating more.
