    I don't understand the point you're trying to make?

    BMI's a load of rubbish for anyone with a bit of muscle on them. I'm a sportsman/weight-lifter so straight away it's wrong for me. I don't need to lose weight, I need to gain if anything.

    I'm assuming that is in chronological order. So, do you have the spag bol early so that your loading up with carbs earlier in the day?

    Reason I ask is because I eat spag bol quite a lot but have it around 5'ish, though I train after that. I was thinking of switching it to around mid-day.

    Noticed that a lot. Overweight people claim they have a slow metabolism and anything they eat goes straight their hips. When in reality they are eating a lot.

    Thin people claim they have high metabolism while eating less food then they think they are. Their portion sizes are smaller. They also tend to move about more.

    I train after my second meal so it's the best way to do it.
