    confront him again. i thik after everything thats happened, you have a right to know what the hells going on. don't let him walk all over u! confront him and let him know how u feel. if he says hes gonna write a letter and doesnt KEEP confronting him. If he doesnt want to be ur friend (or more) then u have a right to demand this from him. He is using u, and playing mind games with u. don't fall into the trap!! good luck xx

    He's using you.

    Same thing happened to me when I was 15.

    Makes you feel stupid and used, but its your own fault for falling for it more then once.

    Just cut ties, it won't be normal again.
