Do you think they are people like any other with a job that they had the right to choose?

Do you think they are degrading themselves by doing it?

Do you think their choice of job shows some qualities that they have and thus we can generalize when speaking of all those women?

Think of what you answered to the above questions. Would that answer still apply if those women were family or friends?

I think it is a job and it's their choice. I'll be friends with someone based upon if I like them and they're nice, not their occupation. In fact, I'd call that prejudice.

Well, they are people with a job and of course they have the right to choose it. I wouldn't say they are degrading themselves, if they are happy with their body it would probably be empowering and if they're happy enough with themselves to expose it all then good on them but the problem is that it sets unrealistic standards for other women. It's not something I would ever do but then again I don't have that kind of body lol. I don't think doing it reflects any other qualities apart from the fact they have big tits and look good though. If a family member or friend wanted to do it then I'd tell them to go for it.

It's a job suitable for them, it's not a job suitable for me. Good luck to them, it's not illegal, nor does it harm me!

It would be stupid to generalise, as it would in most situations. (:awesome:)

That's like saying "what do you think of photographers?". It's their job.

    Pretty much.
I mean, how they spend their life is their decision. If they decide that softcore porn is the way forward for them, then fair enough. If it was a family member, I'd probably try to persuade them to do something less degrading, but if they were 30000% on it, then who am I to stop them?

I really don't see the argument about it degrades women. I mean we're naturally naked, that's how we're born. Sex and attraction is totally normal, so is using your body to attract the other sex (look at the animal kingdom for a million examples), so why is it embarrassing or degrading?

I would say it's degrading because it reduces the woman purely to her body and her appeal as a sex object, and promotes the mindset that women are primarily important for sex and looks.

If you take that route of opinion though, surely girls do that themselves by going out wearing hardly anything?

Yeah, I guess I do think that's a bit degrading too, but not to the same extent.
