Basically as it says in the question. How much does a cosmetic dentist roughly earn. I would guess its dependant on how much work they do and are the majority of cosmetic dentists run through a private clinic? Theres not much on the web about this but what is the training pathway after BDS or similar university degree to become a CD?

    Billions 'n billions.

More pennies than any jar could ever dream to hold.

I have not a clue tbh but it's fair to say that it would be quite a bit.

That's $145,000! That tells us the average dentist in America earns around 85k. Which isn't too useful considering most if not all work over there is private. There isn't NHS. UK average dentist earns around 65k. The main factor of course is geographic location. A dentist in London is going to earn more than one, say, small village in Scotland. I can't find much on cosmetic dentistry although it's a very big branch. Most specialise in crowns, implants ect. but I'd say around 100k avg.
