Hey, I have a job interview for a phlebotomist soon, and i'm looking for a bit of advice. Im 18 years old and got rejected for dentistry, and this job includes training, so is there a way of getting round the fact that i still want to do dentistry but want this job for a year or two? Also, does anyone have any idea what kind of questions they will ask, and how many people might be interviewing me? I'm really nervous about it so any advice is appreciated

Don't tell them that you want to leave in a year or so, if you get asked about your future plans say that *eventually* you'd like to go into dentistry but you don't know when yet, and it's unlikely to be soon - i.e the next year or two.
