    How many moles of Iodine do you have?

    How many moles of Vit C react per mole of iodine?

    How do you then work out concentration?

    This equation may be of more use to you:

    C6H8O6 + I2 + 2H2O ---> C6H10O8 + 2I- + 2H+

    Once all the ascorbic acid has reacted then iodine reacts with the iodide ions to form I3- :yep:
