sorry if theres been posts on this before..did search for them.
I lost my virginity on saturday and am still bleeding a bit...the bleeding stoped for a bit then started again. Not sure if this means i've cut myself and just needs time to heal? or if its normal to carry on bleeding from the hymen breaking? im not in any pain.

just wanted other peoples opinions and experiences to reassure myself. obviously will go doctor if it hasnt stopped in a couple of days

I bled for the next 12 hours or so, just spotting. So it doesn't all just come out in one go sometimes. Hope that helps

I bled for quite a while after to be honest. Not loads but some because I think I was torn. It will be a bit sore but keep changing your knickers and having baths - It should stop after a few days, if not a finish to the GP may be worthwhile. It is likely it is the hymen or another tear you accidently got. Hope you feel ok soon!

Keep an eye on it and dont panic quite yet, as people have said its common, if should stop soon, but if it dosent a trip to the GP would be good
