I do that anyway - I use greek refined olive oil for the body. Sounds expensive but its really not. I really massage in well into all of my body - esp the breasts. And I can really tell the difference esp as I have quite full and heavy breasts. I recommend it to every girl. Take care to moisturise/oil your nipples very well too!

Edit: dont pour it all over - just use enough to create a slight sheen on your skin. I would use moisturiser but it never sets into my skin as well as oil.
You're on the verge of writing your very own softcore porn article there..

    I know!
Not to big myself up or anything, but I write some good sex stories.
Unfortunately, I've never written one seriously - only when passing notes or playing games when bored in class or helping a friend to realise that watching porn videos is not the only way to get turned on.
I wonder how much sex stories/scripts fetch... might help fund uni :emog:

Yep I always moisturise all over after a shower... with body shop satsuma body butter which smells gorgeous... I've had loads of people ask me what the smell is, I even had a lady in the gym who was like 'Oh my god that smells amazing' (kinda veering on creepy though). I recommend it to anyone.
I have that, and I agree it's amazing!

If you don't, you'll get BREAST RASH!!!!
Thanks for that. I saw that earlier in the year and it freaked me out so much that it has taken me all of about 5 months to get over it. You just ruined all of that and made me feel sick to the stomach for the second time. I probably won't be able to get that out of my head all night and I have to get up at 8:30. I hope your flippin happy with yourself. Moron.

are you sure that moisturizing breasts would stop them from sagging? From what I heard, breasts sag because there aren't any muscles in them, only tissue, so you cant train them to become any firmer or less saggier. And the main reason why they sag is because as you age, the ligament that holds them up begins to loosen and there's nothing you can do.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the class of ’09
If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be
it. The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by
scientists whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable
    than my own meandering
experience…I will dispense this advice now. Enjoy the power and beauty of your youth; oh nevermind; you will not
understand the power and beauty of your youth until they have faded.
But trust me, in 20 years you’ll look back at photos of yourself and
recall in a way you can’t grasp now how much possibility lay before
you and how fabulous you really looked….You’re not as fat as you
imagine. Don’t worry about the future; or worry, but know that worrying is as
effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing
bubblegum. The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that
never crossed your worried mind; the kind that blindside you at 4pm
on some idle Tuesday. Do one thing everyday that scares you Sing Don’t be reckless with other people’s hearts, don’t put up with
people who are reckless with yours. Floss Don’t waste your time on jealousy; sometimes you’re ahead, sometimes
you’re behind…the race is long, and in the end, it’s only with
yourself. Remember the compliments you receive, forget the insults; if you
succeed in doing this, tell me how. Keep your old love letters, throw away your old bank statements. Stretch Don’t feel guilty if you don’t know what you want to do with your
life…the most interesting people I know didn’t know at 22 what they
wanted to do with their lives, some of the most interesting 40 year
olds I know still don’t. Get plenty of calcium. Be kind to your knees, you’ll miss them when they’re gone. Maybe you’ll marry, maybe you won’t, maybe you’ll have children, maybe
you won’t, maybe you’ll divorce at 40, maybe you’ll dance the funky
chicken on your 75th wedding anniversary…what ever you do, don’t
congratulate yourself too much or berate yourself either – your
choices are half chance, so are everybody else’s. Enjoy your body,
use it every way you can…don’t be afraid of it, or what other people
think of it, it’s the greatest instrument you’ll ever
own.. Dance…even if you have nowhere to do it but in your own living room. Read the directions, even if you don’t follow them. Do NOT read beauty magazines, they will only make you feel ugly. Get to know your parents, you never know when they’ll be gone for
good. Be nice to your siblings; they are the best link to your past and the
people most likely to stick with you in the future. Understand that friends come and go,but for the precious few you
should hold on. Work hard to bridge the gaps in geography and
lifestyle because the older you get, the more you need the people you
knew when you were young. Live in New York City once, but leave before it makes you hard; live
in Northern California once, but leave before it makes you soft. Travel. Accept certain inalienable truths, prices will rise, politicians will
philander, you too will get old, and when you do you’ll fantasize
that when you were young prices were reasonable, politicians were
noble and children respected their elders. Respect your elders. Don’t expect anyone else to support you. Maybe you have a trust fund,
maybe you have a wealthy spouse; but you never know when either one
might run out. Don’t mess too much with your hair, or by the time you're 40, it will
look 85. Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who
supply it. Advice is a form of nostalgia, dispensing it is a way of
fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the
ugly parts and recycling it for more than
it’s worth. But trust me on the sunscreen…

I don't have scientific proof as to why moisturising your breasts works, but from my understanding, while yes a lot of your breast pertness is down to the tissue itself, its also your skin elasticity which helps hold them in place. No moisturising --> stretched skin --> breast tissue drops. Your skin is like a bra in itself.

I was pretty surprised when I first moisturised them after a shower just how much they drank it all in and how relatively dry my skin had been there beforehand!

You ladies that full body moisturise after a shower - big up! I'm way too lazy for that :p:

Oh and castor oil is recommended by ayurveda (the indian equivalent to chinese medicine).

And other things you should know when you are still youthful

    Moisturise your breasts
Ideally using oils (castor is recommended), to stop them from sagging as you get older. Really!!! DO IT EVERY DAY.
    ...
I just thought I'd point out this will only help with the ageing of the skin and stretch marks, it won't help with the sagging, mostly sagging is caused by general wear and tear of the ligaments inside your breasts..this can be massively helped by wearing bras with good support and exercise bras during exercise but you can't stop time which ulltimately weakens them with all your movements over the years..

Baz Luhrmann immediately came into my head when I read this thread!

I moisturise my top half every day when I get out the shower - I know I ought to moisturise my legs but I mostly can't be bothered I moisturise my feet every day, and put hand cream and lip balm on before bed. I should use cuticle oil too, but again, it's a matter of laziness!

It's uber-important to always wear a moisturiser or primer/foundation containing SPF - at least 15. Even on a miserable day, your skin will suffer damage, so always wear SPF on your face at least!

Oo also I'd say do body brushing and rub one of those 'silhouette' gels into your bum and thighs to help reduce cellulite!

they can'tgreatly reduce cellulite because its the way the fat is stored and down to circulation. The massaging motion you'd use to rub it in is actually more helpful thn the lotion itself. You can get special massages that combat cellulite and they are pretty effective but lots of money. But generally if you massage very firmly everyday, in upward strokes towards your heart, that supposedly helps. I cba though..
