I’ve been on the internet looking for advice on signs determining whether a girl likes you, i.e, touching her neck and hair, not being able to look at you in the eye for long time, etc. I know these are generalised assuptions but do many girls do that sort of thing? The reason i ask is that theres a girl i like not displaying those signs but rather being friendly- the usual characteristic of a cashier. I’ve seen her about 12 times at work but i have never found a perfect time to start conversation, i.e, therse a busy queue or she serving with other colleagues. Should i just forget about the whole does she like me campaign? And strike a conversation regardless of a busy queue or others around us? I’m not sure which way to go on this – would it seem weird to suddenly strike conversation after just exchanging hellos, how are you’s? And goodbyes?. Should i forget about conversation altogether and just swiftly ask for her number? Bearing in mind i don’t want to come across as a weirdo or lose confidence infront of a crowd.

i think the fiddling with the hair stuff is a load of crap - if a girl likes u, she'll flirt, laugh off flirty teases about herself that you may make, and seem a bit happier when talking to you. i think you should make general banter in the morning or when you have a chance, if it feels right, ask her then, if not approach her later at the end of the shift casually and ask her out on a date. the more casual and yourself you are the better - girls detect nervs lol

Take her cheese-sniffing at your nearest supermarket, always a winner that.
