I think Dolly sprints are the nuts.

I had a Spitfire 1500 as my first car. As i'm sure you know, the spit engine is one of the options for the dolly.

Inca yellow is also a pretty good colour for them.
Certainly on my list of cars i'd like to own eventually. But then, I've always been a triumph fan.
Given the choice, I wouldn't have a Sprint. I'd have a Dolomite 1850 with sprint alloys. Mostly because it's 9 tenths as good as the sprint but the engine is far more robust and can be tuned to make exactly the same power anyway.

8 / 10 from me. Not quite sure why it matters, but i'm 23.

I'm not a huge fan of classic cars but I'd give it a 5/10 because it looks ok. 19

I don't know when it happened, top gear may have first brought it to my attention, but i just fell for it instantly. Since then, i've had my heart set on getting one for my first car.

Out of interest what was your insurance cost on the spitfire? Did you have a no claims discount?

    Cheers,
