Just got an email from them saying they haven't got my parents' income evidence, which they do, because I sent it in the same envelope as my birth certificate, which I've already got back. Is this a common problem? Do I just leave it because I've already sent it off, or should I attempt to phone them up?

I would phone them up if I were you and explain the situation to them.

The different parts of the application are processed by different departments, one is really far behind in processing the information. I was told to disregard the email.

I also recieved something like that, but in letter form.

It says they are still "awaiting sponsor 1 details".

I'm going to have to ring them up aswell.
