I've had no period for about 4 months now, it's starting to worry me because although I know they can be irregular and stuff, I'm worried it will never come back. Should I see a doctor or is it nothing to worry about?

Sexually active? Lost or gained weight recently? Stressed? Started in the last year or so?
If it's none of these, see a doctor

How old are you? When did you start your periods?
A check-up with your doctor would probably be a good idea.

If she could be preggers, she should probably see a doctor also...

See a doctor for all, actually.. It could be a lot more (or less) serious than we think..

Stressed? Pregnant? Lost a lot of weight?

    It could be many reasons.

    Doctor!

Do you have a history of being irregular? You should look into PCOS and see if you have any of the other symptoms.

I'm 19 and I started my period at 13 so it's not to do with having started recently. I'm not currently sexually active, haven't been since February (contraception was used so pregnancy is highly unlikely). I have gained some weight but it was quite a gradual thing. Did go through some stress in previous months but have been stress-free since like mid-june so would have thought if it was that it would have returned by now. Not sure what it could be, I suppose I should see a doctor.

No period for 4 months and you were last sexually active 5 months ago? Hmmm..
