    Hi.

Recently i've become addicted to sweetcorn. It's delish.

I get through a lot a day now and was wondering if there are any negative impacts on too much sweetcorn.

    Thanks.

A quick list on the benefits of it to make me feel happy would be much appreciated too.

Doesn't it come out whole or something? If it doesn't I can't imagine it has much nutritional benefits as it isn't being digested. I might be wrong, though... I don't eat it often!

Nothing springs to mind, just that too much of any food will have negative effects, so don't overdo it.

Well you're going to end up with lots of sweetcorn fragments in your faeces seeing as parts of it are indigestible however it's not really a problem unless you have Gillian McKeith hiding in your bathroom.

I thought it was only the cases which couldn't be digested, although i might be wrong.
