    Have a problem with my left testicle. Feels full of strange stuff, consistency of sort of scrambled egg? Looks greyish, thick tubule sort of stuff. Have nothing like that in the right one though. Anyone any idea what it could possibly be?

    sounds like varicocele http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Varicocele I have this on the left testical also. I haven't been to the doctors myself as I don't really want anything done with it. It can cause infertility in some people though because of the excess heat. The only way around this is to freeze sperm
