ok everyone seems to be having a go at how a size 6 'isnt fat', so im not gonna start patronising you. although people will tell you that situps dont get rid of fat and just tone muscle, it sounds to me that all you need to do is tone up your stomach a bit. as you're a size 6 already, i'd suggest doing a few situps and stomach toning exercises per day, such as the plank etc. this is only from my experience, but ive found that doing exercises early in the morning and in the evening (with having no food till the following morning) seems to work best. it could be completely different for you though. hope this helps in some way

It worries me that at a size 6/8 I was clinically underweight, yet the OP considers herself to have a flabby stomach and a fat bum.
