Being introverted is quite alpha already.

If you want to be REALLY alpha, simply prey on people who aren't alpha.

    get yourself one of these:

What could be more manly? Count them. There isn't 1 or 2, there's 3 wolves on that shirt. THREE. GOD DAMN!!!

You're gonna make quite the impression let me assure you. Nothing says "Hey guys, I'm the new Alpha around here" better than a wolf t-shirt. It's also a universal fact that chicks dig guys in wolf t-shirts. I own one, and I can't walk down the street without at least a dozen ladies throwing themselves at me - and that'sa bad day. It's all in the shirt.
I admit it, I'm a ladies' man. And when you put this shirt on a ladies' man, it's like giving an AK-47 to a ninja.

Not too sure what you mean by "alpha alpha", i'm assuming you mean acting dominant amongst your peers or whatever, anyway, you said you are quite introverted, right? Well that is fine, and you don't need to go to the gym and all that crap, and i hate that people think they need to do all this now, just be confident in yourself, try to be somewhat charismatic, and people will be drawn to you, or at least, people who you would like to be drawn to you, if you attract a bunch of people who you think are idiots, then you won't be happy with yourself, and they will be attracted to the illusion you give off rather than the real you.
